What weekend?

It’s almost Monday!! *Sigh.. where did the weekend go? I haven’t had my rest yet!!!
In Singapore, we had a slightly long weekend beginning from Friday (Good Friday holidays). On that day, we went to Malaysia to have our clothes tailored for the wedding. Also did some shopping, visiting, eating and more eating 
Ended up spending the whole day in Malaysia. Unfortunately, I had difficulty sleeping the night before, hence throughout the entire trip, I kept sneezing!! *Sob *Sob Despite feeling under the weather, I had a great time!!
On Saturday, had a pot-luck party with the last basic at Xavier’s! Loads of sushi thanks to Hock Ming We had another party at Peter’s that evening so to kill time, we went to watch Horton!! Great movie!! Go watch it!!! And after the movie, we went over to Peter’s for Mirza’s birthday. Oh my, had loads of fun and laughter that day! Amazing day indeed!
Just before the day ended, my cousin, Farah informed me that my other cousin, Khai, is in a Barista competition finals!! And the finals is on…. Sunday!!! Yes, the day after!! So being the supportive me, of course I was there.. hehehehe.. He was fun to watch however he didn’t win.. Came in fourth. I guess me waking up early paid off cos I won 2 prizes there! Won for a quiz and a lucky draw! For the lucky draw, I won 3 bottles of wine!! And of cos, I traded them. Turns out the 2 prizes I brought home are the same! A cooking set.. well, now it’s 2 cooking sets
Che didn’t join me at the competition, so he came over for dinner and watch the Man Utd vs Liverpool match. He’s happy with the results cos Man Utd won 3-0. Yeay!!!
So, don’t you agree that the weekend flew past me?

Almost 2 months into 2008! A quick look at what it has been for me.
Seems like a number of my special people were born early in the year. Che, Mom, Che’s dad, Yati, Cecilia and Thony are among some of those who have had their birthdays this year. Thony, see.. we didn’t forget your birthday. Hope u had fun for your holiday! Had loads of fun esp for Che’s surprise! Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Also, watched an Opera for this first time!! And Che actually liked it too. Peter was performing so we had the pleasure of him singing to us. I loved it!
This year, I find myself spending more time with my cousins - movies, bowling, “dancing”, dinner, shopping, or just chilling. I’m not complaining. Sometimes, we are just too occupied with our own stuffs that we forget the ones closest to us. I feel blessed!
Have also been doing some researches. Have been fun so far! I think we kinda covered most of the major stuffs. Now just waiting to hear from her.
